Here is Velma helping me at the water station for the Dublindee 5K where I volunteer each year along with being on the St. Patrick's Day parade committee. I am also on the East Dundee Arts Council, volunteer for Friends of the Fox River, stepping in to bartend at the VFW, and at a local food pantry.
Promoting and empowering Kane County's diverse local entrepreneurs through the East Dundee Arts Council. We have amazing local businesses in Kane county including the Rochaus, Eastside Cafe, Steep and Clay, and so many others.
Listening to residents and addressing vital issues in our community. I will show up to support our residents who are also my friends and neighbors.
I believe in the power of kindness and compassion in strengthening our local community. As a longtime educator and volunteer within the community I am connected to so many amazing people and wish to improve the lives of all residents of Kane county.
